Prayer Request from Bishop Alwyn Barreto

Bishop Alwyn Barreto has exhorted all faithful of our diocese to join him in praying for the end of the on-going pandemic.

All priests, religious and the lay faithful of the diocese are requested to pray one decade of the rosary daily seeking the intercession of Our Lady of Miracles, the Patroness of our Diocese, for the end of the on-going covid-19 pandemic.

The intention for this decade must also include praying for the medical and front line workers (doctors, nurses, support staff, municipal workers and emergency workers) who are helping to battle the pandemic.

We will also remember to pray for the scientists and medical research scholars that they come up with a safe vaccine.

This intercessory prayer campaign which began on 15 August will end on the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows 15 September.
